Installation

FRM AI Assistant can be installed like any WordPress plugin:

1. Download the plugin ZIP file from your account dashboard
2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New
3. Click Upload Plugin and select the ZIP file
4. Click Install Now, then Activate

API Key Setup

To use the AI capabilities, you'll need an API key from one of our supported providers:

Navigate to FRM AI Assistant → Settings → AI Configuration and paste your API key.

First Configuration

After installing and adding your API key, configure these essential settings:

1. Welcome Message - The first message visitors see when opening the chat
2. System Prompt - Instructions that define your AI's behavior and knowledge
3. Widget Position - Choose bottom-right or bottom-left placement
4. Theme Colors - Match the widget to your brand colors

AI Model Selection

FRM AI Assistant supports multiple AI models. Each has different strengths:

Widget Customization

Customize the chat widget to match your brand:

• Primary Color - Main accent color for the widget
• Bot Avatar - Upload a custom image or use the default
• Widget Title - Display name shown in the header
• Position - Bottom-right or bottom-left
• Launcher Icon - Choose from multiple icons

Knowledge Base

Train your AI with information specific to your business:

1. Go to FRM AI Assistant → Settings → Knowledge Base
2. Add content directly in the text area, or
3. Add URLs for the AI to learn from your existing pages

Lead Capture & Scoring

Automatically capture and score leads based on conversation quality:

• Contact Detection - AI detects when users share contact info
• Lead Scoring - 1-10 score based on buying intent
• AI Summary - Automatic summary of lead needs
• Email Notifications - Get notified of new leads instantly

Quick Replies

Quick replies are pre-defined response buttons that guide conversations:

1. Go to FRM AI Assistant → Quick Replies
2. Add groups of buttons (e.g., "Product Interest", "Support")
3. Define the button label and value for each option
4. Enable A/B testing to optimize conversion rates

WhatsApp Handoff

Seamlessly transfer high-value conversations to human agents:

1. Configure your WhatsApp number in settings
2. The AI detects when human assistance is needed
3. Users get a one-click WhatsApp button with conversation context

Real-time Notifications

Stay updated with real-time notifications in WordPress admin:

• New Leads - Instant notification when a lead is captured
• New Bookings - Alert when someone books a meeting
• Feedback - Know when users leave feedback ratings

Cal.com Integration

Enable meeting scheduling directly in the chat:

1. Create a Cal.com account and event type
2. Get your Cal.com link (e.g., cal.com/yourname/30min)
3. Add it in FRM AI Assistant → Settings → Integrations
4. The AI will offer booking when users request meetings

WooCommerce

For WooCommerce stores, enable these features:

• Order Status - Customers can check order status via chat
• Product Recommendations - AI suggests relevant products
• Cart Recovery - Re-engage abandoned cart visitors

CRM Webhooks

Push leads directly to your CRM:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
2. Add your CRM webhook URL
3. Configure which data fields to send
4. Test the connection

Compatible with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, and any webhook-enabled CRM.
